Registration Lead

The ideal candidate for this entry-level position should be very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly. Customer Service experience preferred. Candidate must excel in written and verbal communication and have strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook a plus. This is a full time hourly position and benefit eligible. Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

This position would include, but is not limited to:

  • Answering multiple phone lines & Email accounts
  • Data entry and quality control of conference registrations
  • Preparing data reports for clients
  • Hotel reservation management
  • Preparing on-site materials
  • Staffing on-site registration when needed

Web Site Designer

metroConnections – Conference Services Bloomington office

metroConnections – Conference Services is now hiring for a Web Site Designer in its Bloomington office. This position plays a vital role, supporting registration and marketing technology sales. Under the umbrella of our AttendeSource® solution, this job includes building web sites using a content-management registration software that is 100% web-based (and was developed using Adobe's ColdFusion MX, an enterprise level application scripting language built on a powerful Java Technology Platform).

This position entails, but is not limited to, designing html graphical emails and surveys for clients using a variety of technologies. In addition, this position will oversee all areas of web site technology service/support for existing and new customers.
