Agenda Management

The agenda page of our web registration solution allows registrants to view program inclusions by date or by type.  You set registration criteria, maximum attendance, wait listing, pricing, auto-assign, etc. The agenda page also offers links to speaker bio sites, external activity websites, and detailed meeting location information. This provides your attendees a snapshot of your entire program.

Travel Management
You can setup a travel block (zones fares) and default travel for users.  This travel block features works similar to your housing.  That is, the system tracks your inventory and creates travel reports.  You can also capture and view travel requests and setup a separate travel reporting area for your travel data transfer and reporting.

Password Protection
metroConnections’ online registration system offers security features that may be enabled for restricted access to meetings and events.  Individuals may be invited to a meeting by uploading their contact information into our profile database.  You assign a login password to each individual, and when he or she signs in, their information has already been pre-populated.  Also, available for security is a “gated entrance” feature.  If you do not know exact attendees names, but would like the meeting registration site to be kept secure, this feature works to password protect the whole site.

Email Confirmations
We can provide instant, automatic e-mail confirmations on their registration, housing and break-out sessions.  If you prefer hard copy confirmations, we will mail attendees a confirmation on your company’s designated letterhead and envelopes.

 

 

Web Reporting
You can report across all your programs or select which programs you want to include on a global report.  In addition, there are comprehensive custom reporting capabilities that allow you to create and save your own custom reports for all your unique data captured during the registration process.  Reports can be saved to a client log-in area that allows you to set-up a protective password and login name to be given to your boss or in-house client so he/she can view the reports and track the registration progress at their convenience.
