Customer Service Support
Our professional registration support representatives are available to assist
your attendees with their registration and housing. These same representatives
will work with you on-site welcoming the attendees they have assisted during
pre-registration. Our customer support representatives assure the quality
control you are looking for from pre-registration to on-site activities.
Toll Free Support Line
Offer your attendees a 1-800 toll free telephone number to call for questions
regarding registration, the conference/event program or general information about
the destination.
Name Badges
Prior to your conference, metroConnections will print 4-color name badges for
all pre-registered attendees. These will be 2 ¼” x 3 ½” hard plastic ID
badges customized to include the conference logo (with color matches – logo & background)
and all pertinent information for each attendee as requested.
Badges can make use of technology to enable attendee session
tracking to allow selective and secured entrance to sessions
as well as reports on session attendance.
