metroConnections is looking for a Sales Manager in the Minneapolis, MN area. The ideal Sales Manager will be able to cultivate leads in the meeting and events industry, close new business and must display a strong sales background with a proven track record of success.

Sales Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting and networking to find new sales opportunities
  • Creating and developing unique and successful proposals
  • Giving sales presentations to prospective clients or existing partners
  • Managing client expectations

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Experience in the conferences, meeting, events, production or hospitality industries

Preferred Event and Production Sales Manager qualifications include:

  • Experience tracking business in a CRM
