An Unforgettable Event, 100 Years In The Making

With a nod to the past and an eye on the future, AgriBank celebrated 100 years in business at this year’s annual meeting.

Working with AgriBank, metroConnections began the assignment by developing the theme Cultivating the Next Century of Agriculture.

To create an unforgettable experience for the 500 attendees, metroConnections took a cue from the venue location: Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa in Chandler, AZ. From beginning to end, our Conference, Event, Production and Transportation service centers rode herd on all the details.

metroConnections delivered, sunup to sundown:

Production Services oversaw a large general session with a panel presentation and a location-specific cultural presentation, managed keynote speakers, and handled all video editing and digital content creation.

Event Planning dialed up the fun with an on-site evening event at Rawhide Western Town and Steakhouse, complete with entertainment and “old-timey” photo ops. Another evening of entertainment included Nashville singers and songwriters.

Conferences Services included registration website creation, attendee registration management and mobile app deployment. General logistics and venue management encompassed site visits, venue sourcing, hotel contract negotiation and all necessary reporting.

Transportation Services coordinated the complex schedule of airport shuttles and local, round-trip transportation to the on-site event.
